Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. Based at a neighborhood location near Monroeville, PA, you will learn the business from day one and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You will develop skills in sales, service, and operations to progress toward branch leadership. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least six months in customer service, leadership or sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business in our Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to eventually run your own branch.
