Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Laurel, MS. You will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, handling customer interactions and supporting operations to prepare for future leadership roles.

The program emphasizes sales, marketing, finance and operations with mentoring, training and strong promotion opportunities within Enterprise Mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, or you are a current student within 1 semester of graduating on track to complete the degree.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related roles.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug convictions in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood Enterprise branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Participate in a structured program to develop skills in sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Work toward running a branch and cultivating new business while developing a team.
