Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the United States. You’ll start in a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while learning every part of the business from day one.

This hands-on program develops your skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and a culture of internal promotion. It offers a path to managing your own branch and growing with the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be currently enrolled and within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in retail/sales/leadership/management or customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Master the knowledge to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring while you get out in the community to build relationships.
