Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program, with openings across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. Based at 410 Broadway Drive, Hattiesburg, MS, you will begin day one as a Management Trainee, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while learning the business and growing into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related roles
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
