Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at multiple Newport News and nearby branches. As an MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operations expertise.

The program offers mentoring and a clear path to potentially running your own branch. You should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least six months in sales, customer service, athletic leadership, or community

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of six months of experience in one of the following areas: Sales, Customer service in a sales industry, athletic leadership, or community leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations and no major offenses in past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Training (MT) you’ll be based at a branch and act as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• You’ll learn the business from day one and work to eventually run your own branch.
• You’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on support to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of six months of experience in one of the following areas:
• Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail restaurant, hospitality, call center).
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team.
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record within the past three years (points cannot exceed eight).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
