Responsibilities

As a Management Training (MT) you will learn our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and you will get out into the community to build essential relationships. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn to always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition that drives growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in one of the following areas:
• Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
• Customer service in a sales industry (e.g. retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center)
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years (maximum 8 points).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
