Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, a path to leadership across sales, business development, customer service, and operations. Trainees start at a neighborhood branch and progress through mentoring, with promotion from within as you grow.

You will learn operations, customer service, and sales skills, while building relationships in the community and contributing to the branch’s success. This role is based in Charlottesville locations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of experience in one of the following areas: sales, customer service, athletics, leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one in the Management Training program, based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle frontline operations.
• Aim to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring and support and build community relationships to grow the business.

• Competitive Compensation - The targeted 1st year annual compensation for Management Trainees is $53,024 based on an average 46-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $20.81, plus overtime. Management Trainees in Charlottesville & Culpeper will receive an additional $333/month to target a total of $57,020 annually.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas:
• Sales- Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
• Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center)
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.(Points on driving record cannot exceed a total of 8 points)
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
