Job summary

BMW/MINI of Sterling is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant to support inventory, vehicle prep, and showroom operations in Sterling, VA. You will help move vehicles, prep deliveries, and ensure vehicles are ready for customers.

The position requires a professional appearance, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes weekend shifts and pays $16-$18 per hour with benefits through Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance.
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Monday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Tuesday Off, Wednesday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and one Sunday per month from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Total Rewards

The hourly for this position is $16 to $18. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
