Lithia Motors is hiring a Lot Attendant at BMW of Sterling in Sterling, VA. The role supports inventory management, vehicle prep, and efficient operations to enhance the customer experience. You will move vehicles, assist with deliveries, and help keep the lot organized.

Dealership: L0379 BMW of Sterling BMW/MINI OF Sterling Now Hiring- Sales Lot Attendant Pay: $ 16-$18 Schedule: Monday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Tuesday Off, Wednesday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and one Sunday per month from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM Reports to Sales Manager

Due to high sales volume at BMW/Mini of Sterling, we need an additional Lot Attendant to support inventory management, vehicle prep, and efficient operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance.
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

Total Rewards

The hourly for this position is $16 to $18. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
