Job summary

L0240 BMW of Salem is hiring a full-time Lot Attendant onsite. Starting pay is $19 hourly, with the schedule to be discussed at interview; some Saturdays may be required.

You will support the sales team by washing cars, moving and organizing vehicles, and assisting with deliveries and prep for delivery. Lithia Motors offers growth opportunities within the company, with a track record of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
• Previous dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Professional in appearance and communications.
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and building maintenance and notify management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritize vehicles that you need to prep for delivery or wash based on general appearance.
• Assist the shuttle driver.

What You'll Do
