Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent in Moncks Corner, SC. The role focuses on selling and leasing new, used, foreclosed, and broker homes within the community, acting as a liaison among residents, team members, and partners.

You will use marketing skills to connect with prospective residents both online and in person. You will collaborate with a high-performing team, handle tours, applications, and closings, and participate in events to promote YES culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service/sales experience strongly preferred.
• Must obtain state-specific sales licensing within 90 days of employment where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing processes from prospect tracking through closing.
• Advertise and generate leads through multiple channels (phone, email, social media, flyers).
• Coordinate with internal departments and applicants to move processes forward.
• Collaborate with management to monitor home readiness for move-in.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed to drive activity.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
