Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to join our team in New Baltimore, MI. You will sell and lease new, used, foreclosed, and broker homes within the community, delivering top-tier service to residents and prospects.

You will connect with residents through multiple channels, build relationships, and work with the marketing team to drive leads. A dynamic, team-oriented environment awaits with opportunities to engage in events and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry specific software products.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations: prospect tracking, scheduling, tours, application assistance, communications, closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through phone, email, social media, and flyers/promotions.
• Act as liaison between internal departments, external entities, and applicants.
• Collaborate with management to monitor homes for move-in readiness.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend all company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Additional duties assigned by management.
