Brookdale is seeking a Talent Program Manager to align talent and development initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives. The role collaborates with HR, operations leadership, and subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions that support Brookdale’s growth and performance goals.

The position emphasizes instructional design, project management, and measuring program impact across the organization, with a focus on adult learning principles and practical training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Education, IO Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in talent, learning and development, or organizational design.
• Additional years of relevant experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year for year basis.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements and evaluates talent and development solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Works with operational leadership to develop strategic initiatives to achieve company goals.
• Uses instructional design principles and adult learning theory to design effective learning experiences.
• Applies project management skills to the ADDIE process and monitors timelines.
• Delivers training and builds relationships with SMEs and leadership to ensure effective implementation.
