Yancey Bros. Co. is recruiting for a Sales and Leadership Trainee in Columbus, GA.

This entry-level role is the foundation for a future leadership career within our Caterpillar equipment business. The 12-week SaLT program includes rotation-based training across multiple departments, with hands-on experiences and leadership development. You'll begin with a home base assignment and connect with team members at all levels while learning core sales and service fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Rotational training across business divisions with job shadowing.
• Attend classroom sessions and leadership development activities.
• Transition to full-time in home base assignment after completion.
