Yancey Bros. Co. in McDonough, GA is seeking candidates for the Sales and Leadership Trainee (SaLT) program starting Spring 2027. This entry-level role offers a hands-on path into sales and leadership through a 12-week rotation-based training.

You'll gain experience across multiple divisions, participate in shadowing, on-the-job learning, and leadership development activities as you prepare for a future home-base assignment within the company.

Responsibilities

• Join the Sales and Leadership Training Program to build sales and leadership capabilities.
• Gain hands-on experience across business divisions through rotation-based training.
• Travel periodically to Austell, GA for program meetings and site visits.
• Transition to full-time in your home base assignment after completing the program.
