Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is launching a Spring 2027 Sales and Leadership Trainee program to grow entry-level sales talent for a long-term career with the Caterpillar dealer.

The SaLT program is 12 weeks, rotation-based, and blends in-person and computer-based training, with job shadowing across departments to build core skills. Selected candidates will begin with a home-base assignment and, after successful completion, transition to a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in prior work/volunteer experience.
• Ability to communicate sales, parts, and service solutions over telephone, in person and through technology.
• High energy and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to work in a team setting and individually

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week rotation-based SaLT program to build sales and leadership skills.
• Gain hands-on experience across business divisions through training and job shadowing.
• Transition to a full-time role after program completion.
