This entry‑level role provides hands‑on sales and leadership development across multiple divisions, with a 12‑week rotation‑based curriculum and interactive classroom sessions. From day one you’ll begin with a home base assignment, gain experience through job shadowing and on‑the‑job learning, and travel periodically to Austell, GA for program meetings and trainings, leading to a full‑time

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in prior work/volunteer experience.
• Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to business concerns.
• High energy and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to effectively communicate sales, parts, and service solutions over telephone, in person and through technology.
• Ability to work in a team setting and individually.

Responsibilities

• Join the SaLT Program, a 12-week rotation-based training designed to build sales and leadership skills.
• Participate in on-the-job learning, job shadowing, and interactive classroom sessions.
• Develop capabilities across multiple departments and functions within the company.
• Transition from a home base assignment to a full-time role upon successful program completion.
