Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Texas to learn branch operations and lead customer-focused loan services. You will participate in a paid training program, grow into the Branch Manager role, and relocate as promotions require.

You will educate customers on lending options, assist with loan applications and drive sales while upholding our core values and a strong customer experience. Benefits and performance rewards accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills are desirable.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting their financial goals and originate loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services, including how to improve credit and consolidate debt.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and developing sales plans to meet goals.
• Handle loan applications, risk analysis, and closings to ensure a smooth customer experience.
