Republic Finance, LLC in Texas seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to learn branch operations through an 18–24 month on-the-job training program and be placed in a role with clear promotion paths. This fully onsite position offers a relocation package for moves over 50 miles and competitive benefits.

You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loan business, educate on lending services, and manage loan applications while supporting recruitment and sales initiatives to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year+ customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment; prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and transportation; good driving record.
• Criminal background, credit history and pre-employment drug screen per policy.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals and originate new loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit or consolidate debt.
• Assist in loan applications, closings, and related processes; follow up as needed.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet goals.
