Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. You’ll start learning day one at a neighborhood branch and perform customer-facing duties while developing operations expertise. The program aims to prepare you to run a branch, grow the business and lead a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the last 5 years in sales & customer service, leadership, or related roles.
• Must have a valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to succeed in the program.
• Build relationships in the community to grow your own business.
