Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. You’ll start as a Manager in Training, gaining exposure to sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to promotion.

The compensation for this position is $55,011 annually based on a 46-hour workweek, including an hourly rate of $21.59/hour, plus overtime. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nearing graduation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership-related roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Face of Enterprise to customers and partners at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn to run a branch, grow new business, and develop your team.
