Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As an MT, you will learn every facet of our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, focusing on customer service, sales and operations.

The role includes a 46-hour workweek with a total compensation of $55,011 annually, plus a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth. You will develop leadership, marketing, and financial skills while advancing toward a branch leadership role in a culture that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership-related activity.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn and grow as a Management Training (MT) participant at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop skills in sales, customer service, marketing, finance and operations while advancing toward a branch leadership role.
• Represent Enterprise to customers and partners while delivering superior service and building relationships.
• Participate in a structured program with mentoring, training and opportunities for internal promotion.
