Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking participants for the Commercial Sales Leadership Program (SLP) starting July 2027 across multiple U.S. cities.

The program offers three rotations in Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support to develop future leaders in sales and channel management. You will gain hands-on experience with end-to-end sales processes, learn to engage with trade partners, and collaborate across product, brand, and field teams while leveraging Salesforce and Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Sales, Communications, Psychology, Business).
• Recent grads or early career professionals with <2 years experience (including internship/co-op).
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop growth plans and improve performance.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication to partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail end-user engagement and store presentations for key decision makers.
• Learn and engage with Commercial & Industrial end users and coordinate with local teams and distributors.
• Provide operational and analytical support to Tools & Outdoor sales; track pricing, shipments, and merchandising; support promotions.
