Enterprise Mobility in Greenwood, IN is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program. You will start as a MT, learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serving customers while developing operational expertise.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or are close to graduation, with 6+ months in two or more areas like sales, customer service or leadership. Training leads to branch leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or current college student with ≤1 semester to graduation.
• Experience in two or more of the listed areas (sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership).

Responsabilidades

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a structured program to run a branch and develop a team.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
