Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Sr. Director, Sales Learning and Development, Global Conferences, to design and deliver training for Sales Leaders across Gartner’s Global Conference Sales.

You will partner with GSSO, HR and Sales leadership to align learning strategies with business goals and drive adoption at scale. You will lead program design, assessment, and delivery, building impactful learning experiences for Directors and Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a successful sales leader within Gartner is a must.
• Experience in sales learning and development, enablement, or related field with a proven track record.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager for all sales leadership programs for Sales Directors & Managers.
• Partner with Sales leadership to assess learning needs and address skill gaps.
• Drive adoption and engagement of learning programs across Gartner Global Conference Sales.
• Evaluate and enhance training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
• Measure the impact of learning initiatives on leader performance and business outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence within the sales org.
• Develop and manage a calendar of learning events and workshops for Sales Leaders.
