Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Sr. Director, Sales Learning and Development, Global Conferences to design and deliver training for Sales Leaders across Gartner Global Conference Sales.

You will lead program design, partner with Sales leadership to identify needs, drive adoption, measure impact, and report results to senior management. A strong background in sales leadership and learning programs is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a successful sales leader within Gartner is a must.
• Experience in sales learning and development, enablement, or related field.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager for all sales leadership programs – curate, design, develop, and deliver training.
• Partner with Sales leadership to assess learning needs and address skill gaps.
• Drive adoption and engagement of learning programs across Gartner Global Conference Sales.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Measure impact on performance and report results to senior management.
• Develop and manage a calendar of learning events and opportunities for Sales Leaders.
