This position reports to Regional General Manager, managing 35+ Million area with team of 10+ Account managers.

This position has been designated asRemote within Geography and work will be performed in New England area under Northeast Region.

What you will do:

· Managing a team of 10+ Account Managers

· Provide leadership for the sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activity

· Utilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance in order to meet sales goals.

· Effectively utilize employee development tools, as well as mentor and coach Account Manager group to ensure continued individual development.

· Establish, monitor and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching. Key objectives/metrics include: Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development plans.

· Develop regional business plan with leadership and management teams.

· Accountable for developing key industry relationships within local markets. Key relationships include, but are not limited to, strategic builder alignment, vendor representatives, etc.

What you will bring:

· Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs.

· 5 years sales and leadership experience preferred

· Associate degree or 18 months to 4 years of demonstrated experience in Business Development in lieu of degree.

· Team skills, both as a leader and team member.

· Strong planning, organizational and delegation skills.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective negotiation and Strong analytical skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Access

· Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $110,000/yr and up DOE and includes a 40% monthly incentive

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
