Responsibilities

• Personally produce new business and maintain individual sales goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop members of the sales team.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Help team members improve prospecting, follow-up, and closing.
• Establish clear expectations and maintain accountability for activity and results.
• Track individual and team production metrics.
• Identify performance gaps and provide hands-on coaching.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of sales team members.
• Help create strategies and incentives to drive agency growth.
