American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader (LOD) to support the Store Leadership Team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example, train associates, and ensure store operations run smoothly while achieving sales targets.

You will inspire a sales-driven culture, manage daily tasks, and uphold AEO Brand Standards across the fitting room and salesfloor, contributing to a Guest First environment.

Responsabilidades

• You have a passion for driving sales: as an LOD, drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and boost guest loyalty with a best-in-class in-store experience.
• Lead and motivate team through AEO's core values; model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure sufficient staffing and exceptional customer service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate results to drive engagement.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection standards, and AEO policies at all times.
