Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You’ll drive KPI results, train associates, and ensure brand standards are met in the Store.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, coach team members in real-time, and push visual and operational excellence—from shipment processing to merchandising and stockroom flow—while upholding safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire strong talent and train/develop associates for outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• Execute visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety standards and asset protection.
