American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You’ll manage daily store operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales performance while upholding our values.

In this role you’ll recruit and develop talent, coach the team in real time, execute daily visual and process standards, ensure guest-ready fitting rooms, and maintain store safety and asset

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or leadership roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead, motivate and coach associates to meet service standards.
