The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising, and store operations.

This role focuses on recruiting teammates, coaching staff, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include managing daily sales, leading by example, and maintaining store standards while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; up to three months of related retail experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store merchandise and recommend items that meet guest needs.
• Lead and coach teammates; recruit and train new teammates.
• Maintain current sales promotions and policies regarding payment, exchanges and security practices.
• Consistently meet personal sales‑per‑hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by store management.
• Provide service throughout Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms and register area.
