Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by delivering strong LOD shifts and a stellar guest experience.

You’ll drive daily operations and coach associates to meet KPI targets while representing our REAL self at work. You’ll train and motivate teammates, set clear goals, and uphold AEO’s service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

Responsibilities

• Rock strong LOD shifts and drive store sales.
• Motivate and coach associates to meet service standards and KPI targets.

• Set clear goals and provide real-time feedback to improve performance.
• Execute visual and operational standards, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection compliance.
