Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, lead LOD shifts, and deliver a stellar guest experience. You will help manage daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while representing our brand values with authenticity.

You will lead by example, coach teams to meet service standards, and ensure visual and operational standards are consistently applied across the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to train, coach and develop sales associates to meet service standards.
• Strong guest service mindset with focus on KPI results.
