You will train, motivate and celebrate associates, champion AEO service standards, and represent our brand with integrity. You will recruit and develop talent, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure a guest-first culture while maximizing sales opportunities and KPI results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving KPIs.
• Strong coaching and communication to motivate associates.
• Flexible availability to work when guests shop.

Responsibilities

• Lead LOD shifts and support store leadership to maximize sales and KPI results.
• Motivate and coach associates to meet service standards and engage guests.
