Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to join the Savannah store team. You will support the Store Leadership Team by rocking Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience while handling daily operations as needed.

You will train and motivate associates, drive KPI results, and uphold AEO Brand Standards with integrity. If you love AE/Aerie products and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you're an expert at driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• You're a people leader: You're a role-model leader and you hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You've got an eye for talent and a love of training: You recruit and hire strong talent and train/ develop associates to deliver outstanding service.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You set goals, provide real-time coaching and celebrate performance with the team.
• You're a visual & operational innovator: You execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
