Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Baton Rouge seeks a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock LOD shifts, manage daily operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

You’ll lead by example, coach in real time, recruit and develop talent, and uphold AEO’s service standards and Guest First culture daily.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience required.
• Strong ability to drive sales and KPI results.
• Excellent people leadership and training skills.
• Attention to detail with time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team, coach with real-time feedback and celebrate performance.
• Recruit, hire and develop associates to meet business needs and uphold service standards.
• Ensure daily operations, safety, and asset protection policies are followed.
• Execute daily visual and operational standards to keep fitting rooms guest-ready.
