Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Analyze reporting and daily trends to inform strategic decisions and KPI driving plans.
• Act as Store Team Leader's right hand in developing short- and long-term business plans to hit KPIs.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AE's values; uphold customer service standards on the floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit and hire strong talent; train and develop the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching; conduct team touch bases, development plans, and reviews.
• Execute daily operational procedures and maintain visual standards across all store zones; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready.
