Responsibilities

• You rock LOD shifts to support the Store Leadership Team and ensure a stellar guest experience.
• You drive store operations, train and motivate associates, and celebrate performance with the team.
• You recruit and develop strong talent to meet business needs and maintain guest-first service standards.
• You set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching for results.
• You implement daily visual and operational standards, including merchandising and shipment processing.
• You uphold store safety, asset protection, and company policies at all times.
