Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and coordinate team activities in client and prospect management in a role based in Nashville. You will coach staff, develop account and sales plans, and drive the delivery of strategic initiatives while expanding client relationships and product adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required. Higher level education such as a Masters or PhD desirable.
• Industry experience typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience typically required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients; mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Develops a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships and cross-sell PNC products.
• Develops team members; monitors progress against goals; motivates and develops staff; analyzes and evaluates staff and processes.
