Qualifications

• 5+ consecutive years' proven work experience in a Flooring Retail Manager / Showroom Manager role or similar.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED).
• Able to pass a background check (REQUIRED).
• Knowledge of Flooring and Kitchen & Bath industry is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom performance, profitability and strategic growth with ownership.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, staffing, merchandising and sales performance.
• Align sales, operations and inventory to ensure exceptional project execution.
• Set the standard for sales by engaging with clients, making product recommendations, taking measurements and closing sales.
• Be the product and systems expert guiding informed decisions and sales success.
• Ensure project accuracy from initial sale to final installation.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, installers and referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and community engagement.
• Improve operational efficiency by optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Resolve complex customer and project issues professionally.
