Job summary

gpac is seeking a Flooring Sales Team Leader in Des Moines, IA to drive sales growth and lead a dynamic team. This hands-on leadership role combines business development, customer relations, and project oversight to ensure successful flooring installations.

The ideal candidate will coach the sales staff, cultivate relationships with builders and contractors, and stay active in local trade groups to expand opportunities. Competitive base salary with incentive potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of flooring sales and/or management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and close business.
• Experience leading and developing sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of flooring products and installation.
• Experience measuring projects and understanding installation procedures.

My client is looking to add a Flooring Sales Team Leader to their team.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who excels at driving sales, developing people, and building strong customer and industry relationships.

The ideal candidate will oversee business development and daily operations, support and develop the sales team, and remain actively involved in project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom operations and sales performance
• Maintain an active sales role and drive revenue growth

• Coordinate with installers to ensure strong project execution

Compensation/Benefits

• $80,000 - $100,000 Base
