Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You will drive KPIs, train and motivate associates, and uphold AE's service standards in-store.

You will recruit and develop talent, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure safety and asset protection while executing visual and merchandising standards to keep the store guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience or store management background.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record of training and developing associates.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team, model AE service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure staffing meets business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising.
