Job summary

Everstory Partners in the United States seeks a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives and develop our frontline Sales Counselors, driving performance through a customer-focused experience.

You will collaborate with staff to hit goals, hire and train the team, oversee scheduling, and ensure compelling presentations to clients. A background in B2C sales and people management is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Capable of developing new methods to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure the attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team.
• Providing direction in the hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed.
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicating frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity in order to provide recommendations and best practices.
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
