Everstory Partners in Pisgah Forest, NC seeks a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives, build and mentor front line Sales Counselors, and drive performance through a customer-focused experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven sales track record in B2C, and the ability to supervise, train, and manage staff while aligning with company policies. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, schedule coverage, and travel to meet clients and community events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and train sales personnel.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales initiatives and practices.
• Develop front-line Sales Counselors and drive performance focused on the customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales staff to meet sales goals.
• Monitor location production and develop the sales team.
• Hire, promote, and train staff while enforcing company policies.
• Deliver compelling presentations to clients.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure coverage; travel as needed.
