Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all Sales initiatives and nurture front-line Sales Counselors. You will drive performance through a customer-focused experience and collaborate with staff to meet goals.

This role requires empathetic leadership, coordinating hiring, training, and scheduling while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring policy compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure the attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team.
• Providing direction in the hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed.
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicating frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity in order to provide recommendations and best practices.
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
