Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead all sales initiatives and practices, developing our frontline Sales Counselors and driving performance through a customer-focused experience. You will collaborate with staff to meet sales goals, hire and train personnel, and ensure top-quality client presentations.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years in sales, plus 1 year in supervision, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure the attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team.
• Providing direction in the hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed.
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicating frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity in order to provide recommendations and best practices.
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
