Qualifications

• Experience in Food Distribution, Grocery Distribution, Beverage Distribution, CPG or Wholesale Distribution.
• Proven success recruiting and developing sales organizations.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales portfolios.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing sales organization.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach Account Managers, Route Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and future Regional Sales Managers.
• Establish a strong performance culture built on accountability.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings.
• Create coaching plans for each salesperson.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
