Job summary

Bioelectric is expanding its dairy energy technology program across the West of England and Wales. You will join Dairy Energy, Bioelectric’s distributor in the UK, to meet dairy farmers, identify suitable farms, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.

Based on field visits, you will engage directly with farmers, organise farm days, and build a strong regional network with advisers and industry contacts to promote small-scale on-farm anaerobic digestion.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales, preferably in agriculture.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate convincingly.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
• Holds a valid driving licence and enjoys being on the road, visiting farms.
• Genuine interest in sustainable agriculture and environmental technology.
• Fluent English; Cymraeg is a plus.
• Ideally based in the West of England or Wales.

Responsibilities

• Meet dairy farmers, identify suitable farms, build relationships and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Visit 15+ dairy farms per week and develop a robust network.
• Explain on-farm anaerobic digestion and how it benefits farms.
• Organise farm days, visits and agricultural shows to demonstrate technology.
• Build long-term relationships with farmers, advisers and contacts in the dairy sector.
