Job summary

milkrite | InterPuls is seeking a Dairy Performance Support professional for a remote/field-based role in the USA. You will join our Americas team delivering technical training, supporting distributors, and solving real-world dairy farm challenges.

Responsibilities include training distributors, installing and optimizing PLC-controlled systems, and providing on-site support while identifying upsell opportunities. Extensive travel and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

3+ years in automation and control systems engineering.
Strong knowledge of electronics and PLC-controlled systems.
Experience training or supporting distributors or partners.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across America.
Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Deliver technical training to distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities.
Develop and implement training programs and materials for partners.
Support distributors in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during technical interactions.
Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems; support commissioning and optimization.
Provide on-site technical support and field optimization at customer locations.
Build relationships with distributors, partners, and dairy producers; act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
